At Face Forward, we never underestimate the importance of community. We support both local and global communities, on an ongoing basis. Our regular efforts include donating raffle prizes for schools and proudly sponsoring a number of charities.
Face Forward aims to strive for excellence in all that we do, but also to share our good fortune with those who have less. Through World Vision we sponsor a lovely nine-year-old girl named Orline. Orline lives with her parents in rural Haiti, a very poor country in the West Indies. At present she attends pre-school, where her favourite subject is ‘rhymes’. At home, Orline enjoys playing with dolls, just like little girls everywhere.
Words by Dr Kate Morlet-Brown. With two young boys and a husband totally committed, it seams only logical to support our local team – the Mosman Park Red Backs. Our special event on the calendar is the Mothers Day Kick Off. This is an annual event where all mums (the unsung hero’s) get to show their stuff and have a boot for the goals. Admittedly I am one of the worst booters around, but that doesn’t stop me having a go – as well as a good old laugh! Go Red Backs!
